CHAGEE in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee day-to-day maintenance across all outlets, facilities, and premises. You will establish maintenance standards and ensure compliance with company requirements.
You will conduct regular site inspections, minimize equipment downtime through proactive planning, manage contractors, and support new openings and renovations from a maintenance perspective.

Oversee the day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of all company outlets, facilities, and premises.
Establish maintenance standards and ensure all outlets comply with company requirements.
Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential maintenance issues and recommend corrective actions.
Minimize equipment downtime and operational disruption through effective maintenance planning and rapid response.
Equipment & Asset Management:
Provide recommendations on repair versus replacementdecisions based on cost, reliability, and operational impact.
Support new outlet openings, renovations, refurbishments, and equipment installations from a maintenance and technical perspective.
Identify, evaluate, appoint, and manage qualified maintenance contractors and service providers.
Negotiate service agreements, maintenance contracts, pricing, and service-level agreements.
Monitor contractor performance, workmanship, response time, and compliance with company standards.
Ensure contractors comply with workplace safety requirements and relevant statutory regulations.
Review quotations and recommend the most appropriate solutions based on quality, cost, and service reliability.
Safety, Compliance & Risk Management:
Ensure maintenance works are carried out safely and with minimal disruption to outlet operations.
Support workplace safety, emergency preparedness, fire safety, and other risk-management initiatives.
Maintain appropriate documentation and records for audits and regulatory requirements.
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with relevant Malaysian laws, regulations, safety requirements, and company policies.
Requirements:
Possess a Diploma/Degree in Facilities Management/Project Management or related field.
Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in maintenance, facilities management, engineering, or technical operations.
Experience in the F&B, retail, hospitality, commercial property, or multi-site environment is highly preferred.
Knowledge of safety regulation (OSHA, any local compliance) is an added advantage.
