Job summary

Elite Transform Team is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine inspections, testing, and maintenance of building systems including electrical, plumbing and HVAC. The role requires diagnosing issues, coordinating with contractors, and maintaining detailed maintenance records.

Applicants should have at least 3 years of experience, relevant engineering qualifications, and strong problem-solving and communication skills to ensure safety and high-quality work.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Maintenance Technician or equivalent in building services or facilities management.
• Technical qualifications in electrical, mechanical or HVAC systems, or a relevant engineering discipline.
• Proven ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of building systems and equipment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve complex maintenance issues.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• A proactive, safety-conscious approach and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections, testing, maintenance and repair of building systems, equipment and assets such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC and other mechanical systems
• Respond promptly to service requests and troubleshoot issues to identify and resolve the root cause
• Complete preventative and corrective maintenance tasks to a high standard, maintaining detailed records and reports
• Liaise with contractors and vendors to coordinate the delivery of specialised maintenance and repair services
• Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and reliability of building systems and equipment
• Ensure maintenance activities comply with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
