Job summary

ACS Engineering & Services Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a hands-on Facility Manager to oversee daily operations, maintenance, and upkeep of the facility. Qualifications

• Degree in Facility Management or related field.
• 1–3 years of working experience in facility management or operations supervision.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internships are encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of M&E systems, building maintenance and HSE practices.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with digital reporting tools.
• Willing to work on-site and conduct inspections.
• Own transport and a valid driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily facility operations including maintenance, cleaning, security, and landscaping activities
• Conduct routine inspections and ensure all facility assets, equipment, and systems are in good working condition
• Manage and liaise with external vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure SLAs and contractual obligations are met
• Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance schedules; raise work orders and follow through to completion
• Maintain accurate records, logs, and reports (maintenance, incident, inventory)
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements at all times
• Respond promptly to operational issues, complaints, or emergencies and elevate where necessary
• Support budget tracking, procurement of consumables, and inventory management
• Prepare regular operational reports for management review
