Job summary

Dura Technology Sdn Bhd is seeking a qualified Electrical Maintenance Manager to oversee daily maintenance activities at our facility in Chemor, Perak. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in maintenance, including supervisory roles, along with a valid Chargeman Certificate.

Your responsibilities will include managing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting electrical issues, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in maintenance, with at least 3 years in a managerial/supervisory role.
• Hands-on knowledge in equipment troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
• In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, and equipment maintenance.

Job description

Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety, regulatory, and quality standards.

Handle additional tasks or assignments as needed.

Prepare maintenance reports, forecasts, and performance data for management.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and equipment history.

QUALIFICATION

Valid Chargeman Certificate (AO / Al / A4 / BO / B4 or other applicable categories) registered with Suruhanjaya Tenaga.

Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related discipline.

EXPERIENCE

Minimum 7-10 years of experience in maintenance, with at least 3 years in a managerial/supervisory role.

Experience in industrial / manufacturing maintenance preferred.

SKILL AND KNOWLEDGE

Hands-on knowledge in equipment troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.

Valid Chargeman certificate (AO / A1 / A4 / BO / B4 or as applicable). In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, and equipment maintenance.

Familiarity with relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards (e.g., Suruhanjaya Tenaga, OSHA).
