Dura Technology Sdn Bhd is seeking a qualified Electrical Maintenance Manager to oversee daily maintenance activities at our facility in Chemor, Perak. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in maintenance, including supervisory roles, along with a valid Chargeman Certificate.

Your responsibilities will include managing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting electrical issues, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

Minimum 7-10 years of experience in maintenance, with at least 3 years in a managerial/supervisory role.
Hands-on knowledge in equipment troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, and equipment maintenance.

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee daily electrical maintenance activities.
Perform preventive, predictive, and scheduled maintenance on equipment and systems.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues safely and efficiently.
Manage energy usage, budget, spare parts, and vendor coordination.
Work closely with production, safety, and other departments to support operations.
Lead, train, and develop the maintenance team.
Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
Prepare maintenance reports and maintain records.
