Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee preventive & corrective maintenance for production machinery, refrigeration systems, and utility equipment.
• Supervise and guide the maintenance/technician team, ensuring tasks are executed and progress is reported on time.
• Lead equipment commissioning, setup, and parameter configuration for new or upgraded machinery.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and PLC/automation-related issues.
• Manage maintenance costs, spare parts, and vendor coordination.
• Support food safety and equipment-related compliance (e.g. HACCP).
