Job summary

Hikvision Malaysia is seeking an experienced after-sales service engineer to provide timely troubleshooting and maintenance of CCTV equipment for customers in Malaysia. You will record maintenance work online, compile reports, and use data to improve service delivery.

You will train engineers, support spare parts sourcing, and coordinate maintenance schedules while working under management guidance. Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred to liaise with Mandarin customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in electrical engineering or equivalent.
• Solid knowledge in computer science or electronics.
• Experience in electronic equipment maintenance and video surveillance or IT industry is preferred.
• An ability to work under pressure; good verbal and written communication.
• Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred as the role requires dealing with Mandarin-speaking customers.

• Candidates who fluent in mandarin are preferred as the role requires the candidate to deal with mandarin speaking customers.
• Willing to travel when needed.
