Job summary

Ecsal Technologies Pte Ltd in Malaysia is seeking a field service technician to install, test and commission equipment at customers' sites. You will perform assembly, servicing, troubleshooting, repair, upgrades and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability.

The role requires hands-on technical capability in Mechanical or Electrical engineering, good English communication, and willingness to travel across Malaysia and overseas on short notice.

Qualifications

• English language proficiency required for communication and reporting.
• Ability to write simple reports in English.
• Willingness to travel within Malaysia and overseas on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Install, test and commission new equipment at customers' sites
• Carry out equipment assembly, servicing, trouble-shooting, repair, upgrade and preventive maintenance
• Perform other technical tasks as assigned
• Provide and maintain good customer service to customers

• Responsible, hardworking and able to work independently
• Possess a positive work attitude and eager to learn new skills
• Able to work under tight schedules
• Able to work after office hours when required
• Able to go on business trip within Malaysia and overseas within short notice when it is required
• Candidates staying near Seremban will also be considered
