Job summary

RHJT Asia Automation Technology Sdn Bhd is seeking an Electronic Repair Engineer to troubleshoot, repair and maintain industrial electronic and automation equipment. The role requires a technical diploma or degree and basic tools proficiency, plus willingness to travel and work overtime when needed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

: Saturday, 8:30 AM – 11:30 AM

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Electronic Repair Engineer to join our team. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial electronic and automation equipment.

Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, 5S practices, and company policies during all maintenance and repair activities.

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment breakdowns, including mechanical, electrical, and basic automation-related issues.

Maintain accurate maintenance records, repair reports, and technical documentation in accordance with company standards.

Perform inspection, testing, servicing, and repair of industrial electronic and automation equipment.

Provide technical support and assist in preventive maintenance activities.

Handle equipment such as PLCs, industrial PCs, variable frequency drives (VFDs), robots, and other industrial automation systems.

Requirements

Possess a Diploma, Degree, or relevant technical qualification.

Fresh graduates and candidates without experience are welcome to apply.

Able to use basic repair tools such as multimeters, soldering irons, and hot air guns.

Able to identify, test, and troubleshoot basic electronic components.

Possess basic knowledge of digital and analog circuits.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).

Required language(s): Chinese, English，Malay; fluency in Chinese is preferred for easier communication with Chinese clients.

Possess a valid driving license and willing to travel when required.

Able to work overtime on weekends when necessary.
