Job summary

Monarch Innovation Group is seeking a skilled technician to perform maintenance, installation and repairs on beauty equipment and accessories in Malaysia. You will conduct routine inspections, respond to emergencies, and ensure accuracy of incoming/outgoing machines and inventory.

You will also prepare service reports, provide admin support, deliver parcels and assist with event setups. Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia is preferred to communicate with clients and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Requires engineering background and hands-on technical ability with beauty equipment.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing machines and components is preferred.
• Proven ability to follow health and safety regulations and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, installation and repairs on beauty equipment and accessories.
• Carry out routine inspections and respond quickly to emergencies.
• Check incoming/outgoing machines for quantity, packing and quality; maintain inventory accuracy.
• Prepare maintenance and service reports and ensure timely submission.
• Provide administrative support and assist with parcel delivery and collections.
• Assist with event setup and other duties as required by supervisor.

Job description

To perform technical support inclusive of daily routine inspection and emergency repair for beauty equipment and accessories.

To perform maintenance, installation, repairs related aesthetic or beautyequipment.

Checking and inspecting machine/accessories(new and demo) received and ensuring there are of accurate in terms of quantity, packing and quality.

To ensure, examine and maintain incoming and outgoing machine/accessories (new and demo) accuracy.

Respond quickly in the event of an emergency, notify appropriate personnel and follow safety protocol.

Prepare and submit maintenance and service report on time.

Maintain cleanliness and efficient of storage machine/accessories premises with proper safety requirements.

Provide administration and clerical support as and when required.

Deliver parcels to clients and collect payments.

Event and exhibition setup.

Any other job assignment required by the superior from time to time

Requirements:

SPM or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering(Mechanical, Electrical /Electronic, Mechatronic/Electromechanical/Photonic background)

Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field is preferred.

Proven experience machine technical and analytical skills.

Adherence to health and safety regulations.

Service oriented with a positive attitude.

Able to work well with minimal supervision.

Required language: English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
