Job summary

MYFutureJobs is recruiting on behalf of a manufacturing and industrial automation company in Bandar Sri Sendayan, Negeri Sembilan, to fill a maintenance engineer role.

You will plan preventive and corrective maintenance for CNC machines, robotic systems and production equipment, troubleshoot faults, support installation and commissioning, and develop schedules and work instructions for reliable operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field related to manufacturing or automation.
• 2–5 years in manufacturing or industrial equipment maintenance.
• Experience with CNC machines, robotic systems, PLCs is an advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance for CNC machines, robotic systems and production equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and control-system faults.
• Respond to machine breakdowns and restore equipment to safe operating condition.
• Analyze recurring equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
• Support machinery installation, commissioning and equipment improvement.
• Develop maintenance schedules, checklists and work instructions.
• Support TPM, 5S, Kaizen and equipment‑reliability initiatives.
