Job summary

PSE MACHINERY is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery. The role involves troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, repairing motors and control panels, and assisting with installation and commissioning of new equipment.

Reading basic technical drawings and wiring diagrams, maintaining records, and reporting issues to the engineering team are essential.

Qualifications

• Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Automation, or related field.
• Experience in factory or industrial maintenance is an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, motors, machine wiring, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret basic technical drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Good troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Willing to work overtime or travel for machine servicing when required.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret basic technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and maintenance manuals.
• Maintain maintenance records and report machine issues to the engineering team.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with company safety procedures and standards.
