1. Planned Preventive and Predictive Maintenance
Assist senior engineers in designing and implementing preventive maintenance schedules to maximize machine uptime and minimize downtime.
Support the development of predictive maintenance tools (e.g., vibration analysis, thermal analysis, wear and tear evaluation, lifespan analysis) to identify potential failures before they occur.
2. Technical Troubleshooting and Breakdown Recovery
Identify the root causes of equipment breakdowns and implement corrective measures.
Respond promptly to breakdowns and coordinate with other departments to ensure swift recovery.
3. Equipment Improvement and Optimization
Propose and implement improvements for equipment performance, focusing on optimization, cost reduction, and lowering maintenance expenses.
Participate in equipment upgrades, modifications, and technical enhancements.
4. Maintenance Documentation and Reporting
Maintain accurate and up-to-date maintenance records, including spare parts usage, breakdown incidents, and maintenance activities.
Analyze equipment downtime trends and facilitate discussions for improvement.
Prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to machine maintenance and related tasks.
5. Spare Parts and Inventory Management
Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent overstocking or shortages.
Conduct monthly stocktake activities to ensure inventory accuracy.
6. Training and Team Support
Lead and guide a team of technicians.
Conduct internal training sessions where applicable.
7. Project-Based Support
Participate in project-related activities such as new machinery purchases, equipment installations, solar projects, and more.
8. Systems and Standards
Support the maintenance of systems and standards, including MNSB (ISO 14000) Environmental Management System (EMS).
Participate in customer and supplier audits as required.

To succeed in this role, you need to have the necessary technical and soft skills, and most importantly, a strong eagerness to contribute to the overall success of the business.
General requirements include:
Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronic Engineering (or equivalent).
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in machinery maintenance or facilities engineering, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
Fresh graduates with a strong interest in maintenance and engineering are encouraged to apply.
Strong knowledge of production machinery, automation systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical troubleshooting.
Familiar with preventive and predictive maintenance systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and electrical schematics.
Analytical, problem-solving, planning, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
