The ideal candidate holds a relevant bachelor's degree and 2–3 years of hands-on experience, with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to support a global automotive manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 2–3 years hands-on experience maintaining machines.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead troubleshooting and repair of machines (mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems).
• Preventive maintenance – daily maintenance/servicing/troubleshooting of machineries/equipment.
• Corrective maintenance – diagnose problems and develop troubleshooting solutions.
• Conduct periodic quality checks on machineries/equipment to ensure standards.
• Disassemble/install new machines/equipment as needed.
• Think critically and be innovative in resolving maintenance issues.
• Schedule maintenance tasks based on urgency.
• Deliver hands-on training to technicians for quicker production machine handling.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical machine issues.
