Job summary

MENANG NUSANTARA SDN BHD, a manufacturing supplier in Balakong-Selangor, seeks a production/industrial engineer with 1–3 years of experience. You will oversee production efficiency, material usage, and overtime while driving 5S/Kaizen/TPM improvements and cross-department collaboration.

The role requires a Diploma in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Industrial/Automotive Engineering or equivalent, strong leadership, and basic reporting skills. Join our NVH component manufacturing team and grow with us.

Qualifications

• Diploma holders in mechanical/manufacturing/industrial/automotive engineering or equivalent.
• 1–3 years’ working experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably automotive.
• Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and continuous improvement tools (5S, Kaizen, TPM).

Responsibilities

• To ensure production efficiency is achieved.
• To ensure all material usage is monitored and maintained according to set budget.
• To ensure workers' discipline and morale are maintained.
• To ensure overtime is monitored and maintained.
• To work with other departments for improvement and contribute improvement ideas.
• To ensure all workers are well trained in all aspects.
• To monitor 4M (Man, Method, Material, Machine).
• Other duties as requested by the management.

Requirements

· Diploma in Mechanical / Manufacturing / Industrial / Automotive Engineering or equivalent.

· Minimum 1–3 years’ working experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably automotive.

· Knowledge in production processes, quality control, and continuous improvement tools (5S, Kaizen, TPM).

· Good interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic reporting.
