Chin Hin Construction Engineering Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced M&E Supervisor to oversee mechanical and electrical works on construction sites in Kuala Lumpur.

You will supervise site activities, coordinate with subcontractors and project teams, ensuring drawings, specifications, quality and safety standards are met for timely project delivery. You will read and interpret technical drawings, coordinate with engineers and vendors, enforce QA/QC measures, monitor progress and address issues

Qualificações

• Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an M&E Supervisor or similar in high-rise construction.
• Strong knowledge of M&E systems, codes, regulations and standards.
• Proficient at reading and interpreting technical drawings, plans and specs.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee mechanical and electrical installations on construction projects.
• Ensure M&E works follow project specs, quality standards and safety regulations.

We are looking for an experienced M&E Supervisor to oversee and coordinate mechanical and electrical works on construction sites at Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur. The role involves supervising site activities, coordinating with subcontractors and project teams, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, quality and safety standards, and supporting the timely delivery of the project.

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee all mechanical and electrical installations within construction project.

Responsible for ensuring that all M&E systems are installed according to project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Coordinate closely with subcontractors, vendors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of M&E systems with overall construction activities.

Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure that M&E installations meet project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

Monitor progress, identify potential delays or obstacles, and proactively implement strategies to keep the project on track.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Any other duties assigned by the Superior and/or the Management

Job Requirements:

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years' experience as an M&E Supervisor or similar role in high-rise construction projects.

Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, plans, and specifications.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with contractors, workers, and clients.

Problem-solving skills to address and resolve site issues promptly.
