Job summary

Chin Hin Construction Engineering Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced M&E Supervisor to oversee all mechanical and electrical installations on high-rise construction sites. You will ensure activities comply with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations while coordinating with subcontractors, vendors, and engineers.

Requirements include a Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and at least 3 years of M&E supervision experience on high-rise projects.

Job description

Oversee all mechanical and electrical installations within construction project.

Responsible for ensuring that all M&E systems are installed according to project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Coordinate closely with subcontractors, vendors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of M&E systems with overall construction activities.

Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure that M&E installations meet project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

Monitor progress, identify potential delays or obstacles, and proactively implement strategies to keep the project on track.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years' experience as an M&E Supervisor or similar role in high-rise construction projects.

Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, plans, and specifications.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with contractors, workers, and clients.

Problem-solving skills to address and resolve site issues promptly.
