Job summary

LBS Bina Group Berhad is seeking a capable Site M&E Supervisor to oversee all inspection and supervision of M&E works at a high-rise development in Petaling Jaya. You will ensure works by contractors comply with approved drawings, specifications, work method statements and safety measures.

You will coordinate with contractors and the project team, attend inspections, record results, highlight discrepancies, and ensure progress and completion within deadlines.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Min 3–5 years working experience in high-rise building construction or housing scheme.
• Experience in M&E consultancy is an added advantage.
• Computer literate: MS Word, Excel, MS Project.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
• Self-motivated and result oriented with good interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and also demonstrate good teamwork.

• Responsible for all inspection and supervision of M&E works at site.

• Highlight discrepancies and non-compliance to superior and issue Site Memo to contractors.
• Ensure site progress and all M&E works are completed by contractors within deadline.
• Perform any ad hoc tasks as directed by superior or management.
