Runnymede Group in Malaysia is seeking an experienced M&E Site Supervisor to support planning, supervision and coordination of daily M&E works on-site across high-rise developments. You will work with the Project Manager to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, QA/QC standards and the project programme.

Qualificações

• Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering required.
• Minimum 5 years' M&E site supervisor/coordinator experience, high-rise building exposure preferred.
• Practical knowledge of electrical distribution, LV systems, plumbing, fire protection, HVAC and lifts.
• Ability to read and coordinate M&E drawings with architectural and civil/structural plans.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, QA/QC and testing/commissioning.
• Proficient in MS Office, MS Project and CAD; fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Independent, with strong communication, multitasking and accountability.

Responsabilidades

• Support Project Manager in planning, supervising and coordinating daily M&E works on-site.
• Review and coordinate M&E shop drawings, method statements, and submissions.
• Issue RFIs and NCRs; monitor non-conformances and rectifications.
• Inspect materials on site and ensure proper handling and storage.
• Witness inspections, testing, and commissioning of M&E systems.
• Monitor progress, manpower, and material readiness; report delays.
• Maintain project docs: diaries, drawings, reports, AI/EIs, CCC readiness.
• Assist with handover to property management and clients.
