Job summary

LBS Bina Group Berhad is seeking a site M&E Supervisor in Malaysia to oversee all M&E works on high-rise building or housing schemes. You will inspect, supervise and ensure works comply with drawings, specifications, Work Method Statements and safety measures.

The role requires a Diploma in M&E, 3-5 years of experience, and ability to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Independent yet a strong team player, you will document inspections, coordinate with contractors, and support project

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 3–5 years experience in high-rise building construction or housing schemes.
• Experience with M&E consultants is an advantage.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Self-motivated with good interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and supervise all M&E works on site.
• Ensure contractor works follow approved drawings, specifications, Work Method Statements and safety measures.
• Check quality and workmanship of finishing to meet standards.
• Coordinate and communicate with contractors and project team on site.
• Attend inspections and tests, record results and retain documents.
• Highlight discrepancies and issue site memos to contractors.
• Ensure timely completion of M&E works by contractors.
• Perform ad hoc tasks as required by superior/management.
