Job summary

Suntrack Development Sdn Bhd is hiring a Site Supervisor (Mechanical & Electrical) to oversee the quality and progress of construction activities. You will manage pre/post inspections, setting out, records control, MOS/Finishing materials compliance, and safety at the site.

You will work from Bandar Baru Salak Tinggi, Selangor, with flexibility to move to other project sites as required. A Diploma/Bachelor in relevant engineering or construction qualification is essential, with at least 4 years

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Construction Management or a professional electricians qualification.
• At least 4 years experience at a construction site, preferably high-rise and with electrical background.
• Awareness of CIS7, QLASSIC/CONQUAS standards, construction methods, CCC requirements and OSHA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring pre and post inspections of construction activities including hold points and trade clearance;
• Ensuring that inspection records are in order;
• Ensuring the correct setting out and survey;
• Ensuring compliance of approved MOS/Finishing/Materials and substrate preparation;
• Ensuring that health and safety compliance at construction site;
• Ensuring that our projects achieve a minimum of 75% QLASSIC score;
• Ensuring the project handover and defects rectification coordination at point of vacant possession and during the DLP.
