MGB Berhad is seeking a capable M&E Coordinator to supervise day-to-day Mechanical & Electrical works on site, ensuring smooth execution and timely completion. You will plan and coordinate M&E with C&S and Architectural teams to ensure proper site coordination.

Responsibilities include monitoring progress and quality against drawings and specifications, liaising with clients, consultants and subcontractors, attending meetings, preparing minutes and handover documents, and coordinating testing,

Qualificações

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related discipline.
• Relevant working experience in M&E coordination or site supervision in construction.
• Good knowledge of M&E construction works, drawings, specifications, and testing & commissioning.
• Strong coordination and communication skills to liaise with stakeholders.
• Experience in high-rise residential projects is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and supervise day-to-day Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works at site to ensure smooth execution and timely completion.
• Plan and coordinate M&E works with Civil & Structural, Architectural, and other parties for proper site coordination.
• Monitor work progress, quality, and compliance with drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and relevant authorities on M&E matters.
• Attend project and coordination meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and follow up on actions.
• Coordinate site inspections, testing and commissioning, and handover of M&E works.
• Monitor and follow up on site issues, non-conformities, and coordination matters with subcontractors.
• Prepare and maintain M&E progress reports, site diaries, correspondence, and project documentation.
• Verify subcontractors’ monthly progress claims based on actual work completed.
• Coordinate the preparation of as-built drawings and project handover documents.
• Carry out other duties and assignments as required by superiors.
