Job summary

MGB Berhad in Malaysia is seeking an experienced M&E Supervisor to coordinate and supervise day-to-day M&E works at site, ensuring smooth execution and timely completion. You will plan and coordinate M&E activities with Civil & Structural teams and other stakeholders.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Building Services, has hands-on M&E coordination or site supervision experience, and is proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related discipline.
• Relevant working experience in M&E coordination or site supervision, preferably within the construction industry.
• Good knowledge of M&E construction works, drawings, specifications, and testing & commissioning processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise day-to-day M&E works at site to ensure smooth execution and timely completion.
• Plan and coordinate M&E works with Civil & Structural, Architectural, and other relevant parties to ensure proper site coordination.
• Monitor work progress, quality, and compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and relevant authorities on M&E-related matters.
• Attend project and coordination meetings, prepare meeting minutes and follow up on required actions.
• Coordinate site inspections, testing and commissioning, and handover of M&E works.
