Job summary

Sigmal Construction Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks an M&E Coordinator for high-rise building projects to plan and coordinate mechanical and electrical works with civil & structural and architectural teams.

You will supervise M&E activities, monitor progress and quality, liaise with clients, consultants and authorities, attend meetings, arrange inspections, prepare monthly progress claims and produce as-built drawings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in M&E construction field.
• Familiar with building construction (Mechanical & Electrical).
• Able to prioritize work under pressure.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel (Klang Valley, KL).

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate M&E work with C&S and architectural teams.
• Supervise M&E works, including monitoring progress and quality control.
• Liaise with clients, consultants and local authorities for M&E works.
• Attend all client and consultant meetings.
• Arrange inspections with consultants/clients/authorities on M&E works.
• Prepare and evaluate monthly progress claims for M&E works.
• Prepare as-built drawings for M&E works.
