Job summary

Inta Bina Sdn Bhd is seeking an M&E Supervisor to oversee mechanical and electrical activities on site in Malaysia. You will supervise, coordinate, inspect, and report on M&E works, while ensuring adherence to technical specs and project timelines.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma or Bachelor in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with at least 2 years of relevant construction experience. Strong drawing interpretation, safety knowledge, and stakeholder communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in M&E coordination or supervision in construction.
• Knowledge in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Familiarity with relevant Malaysian building codes, standards, and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate mechanical and electrical activities on site in line with specifications and project timelines.
• Attend inspections with Architects and Consultants on M&E installations and testing.
• Advise technical and project team on all aspects of M&E and development of projects.
• Prepare and maintain documentation including daily reports, inspection checklists, and maintenance logs.
• Liaise with contractors, consultants and client representatives to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project execution.
• Identify potential risks and implement corrective actions to prevent work failures and ensure operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure M&E scope is delivered within budget and schedule constraints.
