Job summary

Nestcon Builders Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Mechanical and Electrical Engineer/Coordinator to lead coordination and management of M&E works for construction projects in Penang Island. You will ensure quality, smooth site coordination, and timely project delivery.

Responsibilities include coordinating subcontractors, preparing coordination drawings, solving technical issues, and ensuring compliance with drawings, standards and schedules.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant M&E experience in building construction.
• Knowledge of M&E systems: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection.
• Ability to read and interpret M&E coordination drawings.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering.
