Job description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee high-rise building construction projects, ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, quality, and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and manage the entire project from commencement to completion.

Ensure projects are delivered within the approved budget and available resources.

Liaise and coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and relevant authorities.

Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications.

Lead and manage the project team to achieve project objectives.

Identify project risks and implement effective solutions to ensure smooth project execution.

What We're Looking For

Minimum 15 years of experience in construction project management.

Proven experience in managing high-rise building construction projects.

Ability to manage the entire project within the approved budget and available resources.

Strong coordination and communication skills with clients, consultants, and relevant authorities.

Proven ability to deliver projects with satisfactory quality standards.

Strong leadership skills and the ability to guide and motivate project teams towards achieving project goals.

Good knowledge of construction methods, project management, and Malaysian building regulations.
