Develop and coordinate Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) designs, including HVAC, fire protection, plumbing, sanitary, electrical, ELV, and other building services systems in accordance with project requirements, relevant standards, and authority regulations.
Prepare engineering calculations, technical drawings, 2D and 3D models, and design documentation using AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, or other relevant design software.
Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, contractors, consultants, authorities, and other stakeholders to resolve design coordination and technical issues.
Provide technical support during construction, including reviewing shop drawings, responding to technical queries, and ensuring M&E designs are implemented correctly.
Participate in testing and commissioning activities to verify system performance and compliance with project specifications.
Prepare and maintain as-built drawings, authority submission documents, and project design records throughout the project lifecycle.
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in M&E design for building or construction projects, preferably high-rise developments.
Proficient in AutoCAD (2D), ArchiCAD (3D), or equivalent design software, with the ability to develop M&E designs, engineering calculations, and technical drawings.
Good knowledge of building M&E systems, Malaysian authority requirements, engineering standards, and the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary project team.
