Montblanc in Kuala Lumpur seeks a luxury retail Sales Associate to drive store performance, build enduring client relationships, and maintain exemplary store standards. You will engage clients in person, by phone, and email, manage inventory, assist with events, and contribute to a team focused on delivering exceptional brand experiences.

The role requires at least 2 years in luxury retail, strong communication, and digital savviness to leverage mobile apps, social media, and collaboration

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years of experience from retail handling with multiple categories and familiar with luxury retail requirements.
• Digitally savvy and able to pick up new technologies (Mobile Apps, social media, Zoom, Teams).

Responsabilidades

• Sales: developing strong sales turnover for the Store in accordance with the store strategy.
• Meet turnover targets set by the Store Manager.
• Build long-term client relationships and clienteling across local and international customers.
• Manage stock, merchandising, and inventory processes.
• Participate in store meetings and training to deepen brand knowledge.
