Montblanc is seeking a Sales professional for its Kuala Lumpur store. You will drive strong sales turnover in alignment with the store strategy, meet targets, and uphold discount policies while delivering exceptional client service.

You will welcome clients, advise on products, and build lasting relationships with local and international customers. Inventory, merchandising, and brand training specifics are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail handling with multiple categories and luxury retail exposure.
• Digitally savvy and able to adopt new technologies for clienteling and internal communication.

Responsabilités

• Developing strong sales turnover for the Store in line with the store strategy.
• Meet turnover targets and achieve KPIs defined by the Store Manager.
• Respect discount policy and ensure compliance with brand standards.
• Welcome and assist clients in-store, on the phone, by mail, or during events.
• Build long-term client relationships, including local and international prospects.
• Handle customer service cases per Maison’s standards and follow up accordingly.
• Participate in stock management, merchandising, and inventory processes.
• Attend store meetings, training sessions, and stay informed on brand collections.
• Collaborate with team to improve processes and governance.
