Qualifications

• Strong English proficiency.
• Experience with POS operation and basic tech tools (iPad/laptop).

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain energy on the floor and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
• Complete daily operations: cash wraps, inventory, replenishment, merchandising.
