• Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; proficient in spoken Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales targets by leading and developing a sales team.
• Provide training and coaching to maintain service standards.
• Oversee VIP program and promotions.
• Maintain high customer service while identifying initiatives to improve standards.
• Prepare sales reports for senior management.
• Monitor stock and inventory for optimal operation.
• Develop and implement retail activation initiatives to maximize sales and brand presence.
