Job summary

Diamond & Platinum Sdn Bhd is seeking a Customer Service Executive to deliver personalized assistance and expert product knowledge in a luxury retail setting. You will drive sales by meeting targets and promoting products while maintaining an immaculate showroom presentation.

The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, with English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese being advantageous for serving a diverse clientele. Weekend and holiday hours may apply in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• SPM/ Diploma or Degree in any related discipline.
• Preferably with retail sales, customer service or hospitality experience.
• Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Chinese (added advantage for serving diverse clientele).
• Good interpersonal skills and a pleasant personality.
• Sales-driven and result-oriented.
• Willingness to work on Weekends, Public Holidays and retail hours.
• Added advantage for jewellery sales background, GG, GIA or Jewellery Design qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service through personalized assistance and product knowledge.
• Drive sales by meeting targets and promoting products effectively.
• Maintain a high standard of showroom presentation and product displays.
• Handle administrative tasks, including processing transactions and keeping accurate records.
