Job summary

Diamond & Platinum Sdn Bhd is seeking a Customer Service Executive in Malaysia to deliver personalized service and product knowledge to diverse customers. You will help drive sales by achieving targets and promoting products while maintaining attractive showroom displays.

The role includes handling transactions, administrative duties and working weekends and retail hours. Training is provided, with commissions and incentives for high performers and a supportive working environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM/Diploma or Degree in any related discipline.
• Preferably with retail sales, customer service or hospitality experience.
• Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Chinese (added advantage).
• Sales-driven and result-oriented.

• Provide excellent customer service through personalized assistance and product knowledge.

Requirements:
