Job summary

Diamond & Platinum Sdn Bhd is seeking a customer-focused sales consultant to provide excellent service through personalized assistance and product knowledge. You will drive sales by meeting targets and promoting products effectively, while maintaining showroom presentation.

Responsibilities include handling transactions, keeping accurate records, and supporting a luxurious retail environment across locations in The Curve, Petaling Jaya; Setia City Mall, Shah Alam; and The Mall, Brunei.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM/Diploma or Degree in any related discipline.
• Preferably with retail sales, customer service or hospitality experience
• Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Chinese
• Good interpersonal skills and a pleasant personality
• Sales-driven and result-oriented
• Willingness to work on Weekends, Public Holidays and retail hours
• Added advantage for jewellery sales background, GG, GIA or Jewellery Design qualifications

Responsibilities
