Diamond & Platinum Sdn Bhd is seeking a Customer Service Executive in Malaysia to provide personalized assistance, offer product knowledge, and ensure a superior shopping experience across our showrooms. You will drive sales by meeting targets, promote key products, and maintain polished visual displays that reflect our luxury brand.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM/Diploma or Degree in any related discipline.
• Preferably with retail sales, customer service or hospitality experience.
• Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Chinese; multilingual is an advantage.
• Good interpersonal skills and a pleasant personality.
• Sales-driven and result-oriented.
• Willingness to work on weekends and retail hours.

Requirements:
