Job summary

LUXASIA in Malaysia is seeking a Training Executive to support training and capability development across retail channels. You will equip frontline teams, retail partners, and brand ambassadors with knowledge and skills to deliver exceptional customer experiences and hit sales targets.

Responsibilities include delivering product knowledge and customer service training, onboarding new hires, coordinating training logistics, and tracking learning outcomes.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in training, retail operations, sales, customer service, or learning & development.
• Experience in luxury, lifestyle brands, electronics, premium consumer brand, and retail industry is an advantage.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for coaching, people development, and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Training Delivery & Facilitation: conduct product knowledge, technology, sales, and customer service training for retail staff, promoters, and retail partners; onboard and induct new employees and brand ambassadors; deliver training via classroom, virtual, and in-store coaching; ensure content aligns with brand and learning standards.
• Retail Coaching & Field Support: perform store visits to observe retail execution and coach; improve product demonstrations and selling techniques; assist during product launches and promotions; prep frontline teams for new product introductions.
• Training Operations & Administration: coordinate training schedules, venues, participant registrations, and logistics; maintain training records and attendance reports; manage training materials and demos; distribute training communications and resources.
• Training Content & Learning Support: adapt and localise training materials; develop presentations, guides, assessments, and learning tools; keep content updated with latest product info; gather feedback and suggest improvements.
• Reporting & Performance Tracking: track attendance, completion rates, and learning effectiveness; prepare reports and coaching summaries; support store audits and mystery shopping; provide insights on capability gaps.
