Luxasia seeks a dynamic Brand Portfolio Trainer to manage training across multiple beauty brand portfolios. You will develop yearly training plans, adapt materials to local markets, and coordinate with Brand Managers, Retail, HR, and external partners to ensure learning alignment.

The role involves onboarding, product knowledge sessions across skincare, makeup, and fragrance, and delivering workshops and masterclasses at events.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in related fields required.
• Minimum 5 years in beauty retail with at least 3 years in a training role.
• Experience managing multiple beauty brand portfolios is highly preferred.
• Experience conducting workshops, seminars, and public speaking engagements.

Mansioni

• Design and deliver training programs for multiple beauty brands.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) with stakeholders.
• Lead onboarding and product knowledge training across skincare, makeup, and fragrance.
• Design interactive workshops for retail teams and partners; speak at brand events.
• Provide field coaching with store visits and performance feedback.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and report training outcomes.
