Job summary

LAC GLOBAL BRANDS (MALAYSIA) SDN BHD is seeking a Skills Development & Customer Relations Executive to develop and deliver training for retail staff, coach on product knowledge and selling skills, and provide timely updates on new products. You will coordinate training events and support customer inquiries across email, social media and calls.

The role emphasizes a strong customer service mindset, excellent English, and organizational skills, with Mandarin as a plus; travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Professional Certification or Degree in Human Health & Nutrition or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Positive customer service attitude.
• Highly organized, resourceful, and self-motivated.
• Willingness to travel for outstation assignments when required.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Developing & delivering training to retail staff.
• Conducting both online and in-store coaching on product knowledge & selling skills.
• Providing timely updates to retail staff on new product information.
• Coordinating and managing training events.
• Delivering excellent pre- and post-purchase customer service.
• Supporting retail teams in handling customer enquiries and feedback via email, social media and calls.
• Roadshow support and other administrative tasks.
• Other responsibilities as assigned by the superior.
