Job summary

Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte Ltd in Malaysia's Selangor region invites a field-based Sales Executive to strengthen distributor partnerships, expand market coverage, and drive sales growth in automotive lubricants.

You will travel within Malaysia to visit distributors, workshops, and retail accounts, develop new business opportunities, and collaborate with sales and marketing on campaigns while providing product information and technical support to partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in business, marketing or a related discipline.
• Experience in automotive lubricants, aftermarket, or distributor sales is a plus.
• Strong interest in sales development and territory growth in automotive.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship-management skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in field-based sales.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Proficient in English for liaising with clients and stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel within Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with distributors, workshops, and retail accounts within the territory.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market coverage and sales growth.
• Build and enhance the distributor and dealer network to support business objectives.
• Conduct regular market visits to provide customer support and monitor industry developments.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and brand initiatives.
• Provide product information, technical support, and guidance to distributors and workshop partners.
• Respond to customer enquiries and resolve issues effectively to maintain strong business relationships.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends, providing relevant feedback to management.
• Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, and territory performance analyses.
