Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support the logistics team in operations, customs brokerage, and customer inquiries. The role involves coordinating shipments, liaising with logistics partners, and ensuring timely fulfilment.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain and at least 1 year of relevant experience, with strong English and Bahasa Malaysia and the ability to work under pressure during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma holder with relevant course studies in Logistics, Supply Chain, or similar.
• 1 year of logistics/supply chain experience or related field.
• Good communication with multiple external stakeholders.
• Strong English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support to logistics team in operations, customs brokerage, dealers’ enquiries and liaising with logistics partners to ensure shipment fulfilment.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments via air/sea/land and inventory management if applicable.
• Review and audit customs declaration paperwork for duties, SST, HS code classification and discrepancies.
• Attend to dealer enquiries nationwide and provide shipment support.
• Other responsibilities as required.
