Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a fresh graduate for a logistics role in Kedah. A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, SCM, or Business Admin is required, with multilingual abilities in English, Malay, and Mandarin to liaise with clients and partners.

Responsibilities include inventory management, coordinating shipments, and supporting daily operations with the operations team. Fresh graduates are welcome; training provided; EPF/SOCSO and other benefits are included.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Prior experience in logistics, inventory management or warehouse operations is an advantage.
Proficient in English, Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin to communicate with clients and partners.
Strong communication, coordination and teamwork skills to work with the operations team.

Responsibilities

Support daily inventory management and logistics operations to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy, proper documentation and timely delivery.
Assist the operations team with daily activities to maintain workflow efficiency and operational excellence.
Prepare, organize and monitor shipment arrangements according to company procedures and standards.
Collaborate with different teams to ensure seamless operational coordination.
Carry out additional duties and projects as assigned by the Head of Department (HOD).
