Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an organized order-processing professional to manage and maintain Job Orders and Customer Orders in the system, verify pricing, and coordinate shipment and logistics across platforms.

The role requires accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with familiarity in ERP systems and customer portals preferred.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Email.
• Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Good communication and follow-up skills.
• Experience in order processing, customer service, logistics, or manufacturing administration is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and customer/supplier portals is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain accurate Job Orders (JO) and Customer Orders (CO) in the system
• Verify customer order unit prices and order revisions when required
• Update committed delivery dates through the Supplier Portal
• Update shipment details in the Customer Shipment Portal
• Process and follow up on Engineering Change Notices (ECNs)
• Prepare and consolidate daily shipment lists for the Logistics team
• Share daily shipment documents with customers in a timely manner
• Prepare daily Customer Order reports
• Split Customer Order (CO) lines when partial shipments are scheduled
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure all records are up to date
