Job summary
Jora Malaysia is seeking a capable logistics admin to support daily operations, customs brokerage and dealer inquiries, coordinating with air, sea and land shipments to ensure timely fulfillment.
The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Logistics or related field, with at least 1 year in logistics or supply chain, good English and Bahasa Malaysia, and the ability to work under pressure during peak periods. Automotive parts knowledge is a plus.
Qualifications
- Diploma in logistics or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in logistics or supply chain.
- Automotive parts industry experience is an asset.
- Ability to work under pressure during peak periods.
- Strong English and Bahasa Malaysia communication.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily support to logistics team in operations, customs brokerage, dealer inquiries and liaison with logistics partners to ensure shipment fulfilment.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments via air, sea and land and manage inventory (if applicable).
- Review and audit customs declaration paperwork for accuracy and compliance.
- Attend to dealer inquiries nationwide and assist with shipment support.
- Other responsibilities as required.
