Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in SCM, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business or related field.
• 2–5 years in contract logistics, warehouse ops, solution design, or SCM engineering.
• Experience in solution design, tender mgmt, and customer-facing logistics projects.
• Experience in e-commerce, FMCG, retail, healthcare, automotive, or industrial sectors is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end contract logistics solutions including warehousing, transportation, inventory management, automation, and value-added services.
• Conduct operational studies, data analysis, network optimization, and warehouse layout design.
• Prepare manpower planning, productivity models, storage calculations, and capacity analysis.
• Design SOPs, operational workflows, and process improvements to enhance efficiency and service levels.
• Evaluate automation and tech solutions including WMS, robotics, conveyors, and MHE.
• Lead RFQ/RFP solution development and pricing support.
• Prepare commercial proposals, costing models, and operational assumptions.
• Support business development during customer presentations and solution pitches.
• Ensure solutions meet customer expectations while maintaining profitability and feasibility.
• Conduct benchmark and market analysis for competitiveness.
• Engage customers to understand op challenges, objectives, and supply chain requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including operations, procurement, IT, finance, and engineering.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders for smooth project execution.
