Job summary

Private Advertiser in Malaysia is seeking a logistics and procurement coordinator with 1–2 years of experience to handle daily emails, coordinate with suppliers, and prepare RFQs and purchase orders. You will follow up on orders, manage shipments, and liaise with logistics providers and customs to ensure timely deliveries.

The role requires strong MS Office skills, English and Bahasa Malaysia proficiency, plus reading/writing/speaking Mandarin Chinese.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle daily emails and coordinate with suppliers.
• Prepare RFQ and Purchase Orders (PO).
• Follow up on orders, deliveries and shipment status.
• Track shipments and coordinate deliveries with logistics providers.
• Arrange air and sea shipments, including import/export documentation.
• Prepare export documents for samples.
• Liaise with customs to ensure smooth import and delivery processes.
