Job summary

Air Products in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a procurement/PO coordinator to manage requisitions, create POs, and track orders within established governance. The role requires collaboration with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely processing and accuracy.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in business/administration/finance, at least 1 year in procurement or related fields, and strong English with Mandarin language skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/administration/finance.
• Minimum 1 year of procurement/supply chain/PO processing experience.
• Fluent English with strong Mandarin written and spoken.
• Understanding of procurement governance and SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to plan and prioritize to meet deadlines under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prioritize own work to meet team deadlines.
• Process requisitions and determine proper approvals.
• Create and manage low-value POs from sourced requisitions.
• Track order confirmations and issue PO amendments as needed.
• Resolve discrepancies in invoices and RTp activities.
• Support RtP activities including GR/IR and data maintenance.
• Assist with vendor master data updates and ad hoc tasks.
