KP Asli Sdn Bhd in Penang, Malaysia seeks a purchasing support specialist to provide daily assistance to the Purchasing team. You will liaise with suppliers for quotations, issue purchase orders, monitor contract schedules and review invoices to ensure accuracy.

You will also track inventory and delivery statuses, perform ad-hoc tasks, and handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; strong planning and communication skills are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
• Excellent planning and organisation skills, communication skills and deadline sensitive.
• Able to work independently as well as in groups.

Responsabilidades

• Provide efficient day-to-day support to the Purchasing team.
• Liaise with suppliers for quotation requests.
• Issue purchase orders, track contract schedules and review invoices.
• Keep track of inventory and delivery statuses.
