Job summary

Excel Chemical Trading Sdn Bhd is seeking a Warehouse & Shipping Support to manage documentation, shipment tracking, and compliance. You will verify consignment notes, prepare shipping records, and monitor ETAs for import shipments.

Responsibilities include updating GRN, organizing documents, and coordinating with shipping lines and suppliers. The role requires attention to detail, MS Office proficiency, and good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

Collect and verify consignment notes and empty container collection notes.
Prepare and distribute empty container collection notes for security/guard checks.
Check and file shipping documents (BLs, invoices, permits, etc.).
Prepare and update the import shipment standby list for warehouse operations.
Generate and manage tally sheets for warehouse stock verification.
Monitor and update ETA and delivery dates for import shipments.
Follow up with shipping lines, transporters, and suppliers as needed.
Arrange insurance coverage for select shipments.
Process insurance claims for damaged or lost goods.
Update GRN records accurately.
Verify and cross-check shipping line invoices for discrepancies.
Organize and update container condition and shipment documents to the filing system.
