Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading, customs forms, and export/import paperwork
• Coordinate with logistics partners and freight forwarders to arrange shipments and track deliveries
• Maintain accurate records of production schedules and shipment status
• Liaise between production and shipping departments to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Assist with customs clearance procedures and ensure compliance with import/export regulations
• Process customer orders and prepare packing lists and shipping labels
• Maintain organised filing systems for shipping and production documentation
• Support the coordination of courier pickups and delivery schedules
• Identify and report shipping discrepancies or delays
